1) Stay well hydrated:

If you are habitual of drinking tea, prefer taking it in the afternoon. In this way, proper output of urine will release harmful salts from your body, freshen up your skin and will also give your nails a smoother texture and add to their pink hue.

2) De-toxicate your liver:

Sleeping at proper time and for proper duration preserves your beauty till the advanced years of your life. Staying up till late causes toxins to accumulate in your liver which leads to excessive yawning and you stretch your body repeatedly to release stress.

The energy and the body moisture which were supposed to revive your skin cells through restful breathing are wasted in keeping the body awake. Therefore, be careful to take a proper and relaxed sleep.

3) Include legumes, fibres and more:

Pulses are the richest source of legumes. As legumes are nitrogen fixers and principal crops that can provide proteins in their simplest and vegetable form, so, pulses โ€˜dalโ€™ can add flavour and energy score to your daily diet.

Vegetables rich in water content and fibres such as tomatoes, radish, cucumber, carrot, lettuce, turnip leaves, and spinach can make your diet healthy and wealthy. For sugar intake, rely on fruits rather than desserts.

4) Hair Care:

a) Coconut and olive hair oil massage

In eastern countries long and lustrous hair is taken as a value added factor. Hair care should be carried out as per the weather conditions and season.

Naturally extracted coconut oil can be used for hair massage during summer whereas olive oil is considered the best for use in winter.

b)  Curds, egg-white, henna and onion

Applying curds or egg-white in hair before shower is a step towards their softness. Freshly picked and meshed Henna leavesโ€™ give your hair exceptional shine, fragrance cum cooling sensation.

Hair loss can be improved without any side effects by applying raw onion juice.

c) Hair Spa, sunlight dry and ribboned ends

During dry weather you can have lighter and softer hair if you wrap your hair in a hot water rinsed towel soon after bath. Wait for 5-10 minutes and dry your hair in the sunlight to kill maximum microbes on the skull skin.

While at home, do your hair in plaits or braids and keep the hair-ends tied in ribbons to avoid split ends in future.

5) Facial skin care in nature

a) tomato/ sandal facial kit

Mesh a peeled tomato and add turmeric powder. Apply the homogenous paste on your face.

Wait till dry then wash your face and be prepared for a broad smile once you look at your newly gifted face in the mirror. Sandal powder can be applied just by adding water to it. Both of these techniques bring best cosy results during summer.

b)  Almonds

Crush some almonds and add raw milk till you have a thick granular paste. Apply the mixture on your face.

Dry and wash it with water alone. Donโ€™t use soap or face wash for sometime to let the natural moisture get absorbed into your skin properly. This therapy is special for winter season.

c) Besan wash, Ice massage

Facial skin is several times more delicate than other skin and in Indian humidity it loosens and sags down. Donโ€™t neglect this unevenness as it requires special facial care.
