PAIN TREATMENT

According to Ayurveda dosha vata is the only causative factor for pain. Pain in any part of the body is caused by aggravated vata (vayu).

CAUSES OF PAIN
After an injury chemical is released which produce pain by direct stimulation or by sensitizing nerve endings.
Pain in Ayurveda is a result of vitiated vata. Vata or vayu may aggravate due to following reasons-
-intake of dry,light and cold food. food consumed in low quantity
-not sleeping at night
-when panchakarma therapy is not taken in appropriate manner
-excessive physical work
-falling from moving vehicle. Etc
